As a Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Preferred skills
? Review of UK Individual tax returns
? Good Display of UK tax technical knowledge.
? Provide assistance to the team leads/Managers in managing client expectations in terms of both workflow management as well in assisting juniors to deliver quality work
? Direct communication with client engagement teams
to resolve queries
? Actively participate in in-house and formal L&E training sessions. Assist in new hire trainings
? Demonstrate very good communication skills both written and verbal
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suits and Adobe Acrobat.
Minimum years experience required
? 5 Years or more work experience in similar field as well as 2 Year Experience as a Reviewer preferred.
? B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance
? Ideally exposed to similar experience in recognized
firm
? Sound technical knowledge & communication skills,
analytical thinking ability
? Need to work well with Foreign offices who are clients
? Committed, hard-working, ability to work long hours,
proactive
? Proactive, team player and dedicated.
? Need to have sound technical knowledge to respond to assignees.
