Our team helps business leaders design survey programmes that deliver meaningful insight into attitudes and behaviours that will improve business outcomes. Our team focuses on developing and analysing surveys related to workforce, market research, and customer satisfaction to find ways organisations can optimise Human Resources and establish industry leading practices.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Train and lead staff

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Considerable ability to prioritize many different types of work streams and industry-specific offerings and learn the nuances of each.

Proficient business skills in business writing, qualitative internet research, and ability to leverage critical thinking when looking at data, text, and graphics and to simplify complex ideas when communicating; including

Considerable knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and HR measurement within complex multi-national companies. Working knowledge of developing, delivering and analyzing employee surveys including engagement, exit and on-boarding surveys. Some knowledge of general HR best practice and ways to optimize its effectiveness within a business.

Proficient technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement including development of dashboard metrics, setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis. Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, and accurate documents.

Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
