Job Description:

Experience in IT Asset management and hands on experience on Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB)

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with problem-solving attitude

Team management skills and Documentation skills

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Software compliance management

Vendor management, Warranty and AMC management

Monitor Assets, Licenses, Softwares as per Global Standard.

Actively work with Respective team for projection of requirement.

Actively monitor stocks and plan for procurement well in advance.

Monitor and report changes in the risk profiles of individual assets.

Prepare and review timely asset management reports.

Proactively managing the end user issues, delivering quality of care, good communication and customer intimacy.

Internal and customer facing reporting and meetings.

Graduate with 5 + Yrs of experience in Asset Management, Reporting and Governance.
