Responsibilities

As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated knowledge or advanced business analytics and data mining solutions, having worked preferably in M&A.
• Statistical methods in support of data analysis esp. in Due Diligence for buy side and sell side deals.
• Experience analyzing or managing accounting, financial or transactional data
• Solid understanding of multiple business cycles (Accounts Receivable/ Payables, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Inventory, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as demonstrable evidence of effective team leadership, client relationship development and engagement management.
• Experience designing interactive visual interfaces (Tableau)
• Tools to do data ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), particularly Alteryx
