CyberArk Operations administrator
Summary:
The CyberArk administrator works on problems requiring basic analysis. The administrator
applies functional knowledge in CyberArk and other related technologies. They understand and possibly contribute to the development of new methods, procedures, processes or systems and understands the impact of these changes. The role is responsible for the administration of the organizations information and data security policies and practices to ensure authorized users can readily access information and that the information is protected in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Role Requirements
Experience in Network Security, Cyber Security, Privileged Access Management, Identity &
* Access Management (IAM) technologies and tools in Production environments
? * Experience inCyberArk, CPM, PSM, PVWA
? * Knowledge of PACLI command line interface
? * Knowledge ofCyberArkcore architecture, vault management, password management, and policy management
? * Experience in Active Directory, Windows Servers, GPOs, Security Policies Definitions,
etc.
? * Windows Administration 2008R2 / 2012
? * Working experience in Unix and Windows
? * Fundamental networking knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc.
? * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? * Understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow Tool
? * Automation experience is a plus
? * Advanced English
? * Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday and participate in shift work & OnCall
roster.
Responsibilities
? Provide support forCyberArkDev / Production environments and End Users
? Alert monitoring, troubleshooting, changes planning and execution
? Assistance in the administration, testing, support and security fix installation forCyberArkPrivileged Access Security Solution
? Work with Incidents, Service Requests and Changes
Education Level:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
Experience Level:
More than 3 Years experience in a systems administration role
