Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Role: Senior Associate @ level 1

Work Exp.: 4 - 8 years

Work Location: Bangalore , India

The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues

Additional qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications
• At least 5 year plus experience of Oracle Cloud/ERP Applications
• Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality
• Client-facing experience
• Good general IT skills
• Experience of working in a Support environment
• Able to travel to client locations
• Excellent Communication both verbal & Written
