Job Summary

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with the hiring managers, People team and Executive leadership to achieve the best results possible
  • Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Full Cycle Recruiting - managing the entire Recruiting life cycle from the start all the way until the candidate joins.
  • Offer the best in class candidate experience throughout the interview process and beyond.
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Possesses strong understanding of hiring needs and conditions external and internal
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
  • Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter for Senior Executives
  • Designing & executing creative search strategies to identify and recruit top talent
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Abreast with the hiring & recruiting trends

What You'll Need

  • 8-10 years of experience with a solid understanding of technology hiring.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, LocalsNetworking etc. as a go to recruiting tool among others.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Experience independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring initiatives
  • Experience in negotiating, influencing and driving results
  • Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle
  • Experience in compensation & benefits structure along with general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Experience in executive search firms is a big plus

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a penchant towards metrics
  • Understanding of working in an agile environment
  • Strong relationship building, client management and organizational skills
