Skillset:-

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well versed in defining projectplan, task and sub taskandensureproject resource planning
• Good in monitoring Progressand Risk associated withproject
• Expert in project documentation ,contribute towards KW assetsand release
• Experience in managing project reports,monthlyanalysis , MIS etc
• Good in controlling time management,Change managementin project
• Acquaintance with : Jira /Monday/Gantt-Chart/Kanban/Scrum/Agile
• Ensuring customer satisfactionand managingcustomer escalation within minimal disruption
• Articulative in thought process, Proactive and go getter attitude.
• Experience of working with 3rd parties and multiple stakeholders,manage project execution, billing, invoice and reporting
• Pragmatic and team player with an attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years of Exp in the capacity of Associate Manager, Deputy Manager , Assistant Manager, in Project Management for past delivered projects

Responsibilities:-

• The individual is expected to lead the implementation life cycle, starting with Project Kick-off, Business Requirement Gathering, Solution and Designing, User Acceptance Testing and Project Hand-Off.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously,manage timezone, pressure and onsite counterparts request, be flexible and open on delivery approach.
• Ability to explain complex requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience of driving project implementations through both project, business& technicalskillsas applicable.
• Identify and Own Project roadblocks, conduct and coordinate for solution sessions to remove project hurdles, within project schedule and budget.
• Driving client workshops to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively across departments.
• Deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client.
• Research for alternative approaches to solve problems.
• Managing issues and risks with theTeam Lead /Program Manager as required knowledge of project management tools.
