Job Summary

Job Descriptions:-

  • Making outbond phone calls (80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by the reporting manager.
  • Identifying & analyzing clients requirements and guiding them about the property.
  • Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organisations for business development.
  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.
  • Convincing and generating appointments for executives.
  • Arranging site visits & take the appointments from clients.
  • Real estate experience is highly required.

Desired Candidate:-

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently & under pressure.
  • Excellence in Sales & Marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
