Job Summary
Job Descriptions:-
- Making outbond phone calls (80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by the reporting manager.
- Identifying & analyzing clients requirements and guiding them about the property.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
- Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organisations for business development.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.
- Convincing and generating appointments for executives.
- Arranging site visits & take the appointments from clients.
- Real estate experience is highly required.
Desired Candidate:-
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently & under pressure.
- Excellence in Sales & Marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
