Job Summary

    What does the role hold for you?

    • Work in tandem with Business and Sales Team to understand requirements and align budgets accordingly

    • Work with Product to drive user Engagement and Conversion Rate. Ideate and execute product Hooks and Popups on both Web and App platforms
    • Drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI against key metrics (Traffic, Lead, Conversion)
    • Closely work with Marketing Tech Team and drive automated solutions / systems for better optimization
    • Manage both Paid and Organic Traffic
    • Manage internal, agency and external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of networks and mediums
    • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
    • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level

    Apply if you have

    • Demonstrated ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
    • Proven experience in traffic generation, managing online advertising and search on behalf of an internet business in B2C space.Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.
    • Deep knowledge of the Facebook and Google advertising ecosystem including hands-on
    • Experience with Ads Manager/ Power Editor / Adwords
    • Highly analytical ability, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies.
    • Knowledge of SQL and Python is definitely an added advantage.
    • Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
    • Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
    • B.Tech/ MBA (will be an added advantage) with 3+ years experience of direct marketing work experience.
