Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies: The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the company s objectives and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in retail software solutions sales in India will be added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
