Job Summary
Strong Core Java concepts: Multithreading, Concurrency, Hashing, APIs, Generics, array, linkedlist, datastructure etc
String OOPS concepts: Inheritance, Polymorphism, association, aggregation, and generalization, cloning etc
Spring 3.0 - Annotation, Batch, JoinPoints, Point cuts, Spring singleton vs Java Singleton.
Design patterns: Implementation Singleton pattern, thread safe Singleton pattern, Factory pattern and abstract factory pattern, Strategy vs Template method, observer pattern
JMS: Message Oriented Middleware, type of messaging etc
Strong Oracle /PL SQL
Understanding of JVM, Jprofiler, Junit, Mocking framework, Maven / Ant
Understand Test driven development, agile methodology
ORM frameworks: Hibernate, iBatis or others
Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)
* Investment Banking/Financial Domain experience (Risk would be better)
* Experience with JavaScript

* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently when required
