Core Competency Requirements

• Hands on experience in performing Functional and UI manual testing.
• Experience in performing load/ stress testing using JMeter.
• Experience in validation testing per defined standards.
• Must have reasonable logical skills to figure out the expected outcomes by defining various use cases based on scope of test.
• Sharp observational skills.
• Experience in UX testing would be a GREAT advantage.
• Experience in performing API testing using Postman would be an advantage.
• Experience in writing Scripts using selenium web driver would be an advantage.
• Experience in using tools like NGTest, Eclipse etc. would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of vulnerability testing using tools like Burp, ZAP Proxy etc. would be a PLUS.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum Qualifications- Masters/ Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  1-2 years of experience in QA Testing (Manual/ Automation).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test cases throughout the development life-cycle.
• Test Web and mobile applications from User Standpoint.
• Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases.
• Plan, schedule and perform manual and automated software tests.
• Responsible for both Web testing and mobile app testing.
• Follow QA Checklist for every project.
• Follow UX testing guidelines for each project.
• Understand Task requirements, Ask questions at the right time and provide effort estimate of assigned tasks.
• Understand Project/ Module requirements and create flow diagrams and ask questions at the right time.
• Help team members speed up tasks and troubleshoot issues.
