Expert knowledge in engineering practices Clean Code , ATDD , BDD , TDD , CICD , DevOps
Capable of defining engineering practices that promote Build Quality In mindset (Zero Defect culture)
Capable of driving incremental improvements leading to increased customer satisfaction
Must have good personality accepted by the team and owns responsibility for attrition at team level
Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production
Very good analytical ,problem solvingability , verbal and written communication skills
