Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Information Security Lead to spearhead our security initiatives and protect our critical data and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing robust security strategies, identifying and mitigating threats, and leading our team of security professionals. Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements. ? Lead the assessment, identification, and mitigation of security risks across IT systems, applications, and infrastructure (including OT and cloud environments). ? Manage and optimize the security program, including vulnerability management, incident response, access control, and security awareness training. ? Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies. ? Collaborate with other departments (IT, DevOps, Engineering, etc.) to integrate security considerations into business processes and projects. ? Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the security team. ? Manage security budgets and resources effectively. ? Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on security risks and compliance. Qualifications: ? 9+ years of experience in IT Information Security domain (excluding auditor roles). ? Proven experience in OT security and cloud security is highly desirable. ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/BE preferred). ? Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities, threats, and mitigation strategies. ? Experience in implementing and managing security tools and technologies. ? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ? Strong leadership and team management skills.
