Job Summary
- Raising demand and collecting funds from customers as per the demand raised.
- Visit Bank, Customer Homes for collection of Cash / Check.
- In-dependably handle all project collection.
- Visit the customer and collect the overdue amount.
- Maintain a relationship with the customer and follow-up with him for timely.
- Customer Life Cycle Management.
- Handling & counseling of cancellations, interest payments etc.
- Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/answered.
- Ensure feedback given to the management in order to keep track of customer deliverable.
- To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.
