Vm Ware Engineer Job in Prodapt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience with VMware platform.
• Advanced proficiency with vSphere, vSAN, and other VMware products and platforms.
• Experience with Windows Server platforms.
• Experience with Heterogenous Servers and Storage.
• Experience with migrating various virtual and physical servers to Hyper V and vSphere environments.
• Proficient knowledge of Linux and/or Windows (Server 2008 R2 or higher) operating systems required
• Advanced knowledge of clustering services, load balancing and replication services.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, servers, networks, and operating systems
• Demonstrated experience in creating documentation of designs and solution.
• Exposure to various facets of data center and branch office build-out including planning, designing and implementation of Microsoft systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex enterprise solutions to internal staff and client.
• Ability to perform advanced VMware troubleshooting and support
• Preferred VMware products VMware products (Horizon, vRealize, vSphere, NSX Cloud, Zerto)

Responsibilities:

• A clear understanding of VM Ware
• demonstrated understanding of the support role managing VM Ware
• A clear understanding of Virtualized environments with VMware, Xen, or Hyper-V.
• VM System Administration
• Basic Linux/UNIX System Administration experience.
• Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
