Vlocity Technical Architect Job in Prodapt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Prodapt Solutions is looking to expand our Salesforce/Vlocity practice team by hiring talented and enthusiastic Communications Industry Technical Architects.

Our goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems in the DSP DSPs (Digital Service Provides / Communications) industry. We are looking for industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation of DSPs. Our Technical Architects will become deep product experts with Vlocity

Communications Industry Cloud application. You will provide guidance on application and

integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance implementing Vlocity Communications industry solution.

Youll engage with the customer and review key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure the delivered solutions remain extendable and maintainable going forward.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for ensuring our customers deploy a solution that is fast to market, highly performant and scalable, and allows them to realize the overall business objectives of their digital transformation program

- You will maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry vertical, and continually undergo the most vigorous product training and certification.

- Effective in working with customers, including business executives, business analysts, and IT development staff

- Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into technical requirements

- Comfortable working with complex business requirements and translating into the design of Vlocity Communications industry solution

- A collaborative and empathetic relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to your role.

- This role will require travel to customer locations.

Experience

- 10+ years of enterprise consulting experience in the Communications industry spanning large organizations and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Industries, Oracle, Siebel, Microsoft, Amdocs and Netcracker.

- You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM including CPQ & OM implementations for DSP clients

- Experience in developing technology solutions in Salesforce and in Vlocity Communications vertical

- Youll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager make an impact

- Youll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members

- You ll have the vision to help us grow the practice globally

Certifications/Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field

- Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required)

- Salesforce Admin (Preferred)

- Vlocity Certified Platform Developer (Required)

- Vlocity Certified Communications CPQ Developer I (Strongly preferred)

Vlocity Certified Communications OM Developer I (Strongly preferred
