Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at P&G, you will immediately dive into real-world project management, gaining exposure to a variety of brands, challenges, and markets. You will work alongside talented colleagues and collaborate with top external agencies across various regions, making a meaningful impact on the business.

Function Overview:
P&G Brand Management is one of four key disciplines within our Brand function, alongside Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK), Communications, and Design. Together, we work to build consumer-preferred brands that create value for consumers, customers, and shareholders through superior products, packaging, brand communication, and retail execution.

Your Team:
This position reports directly to the Brand Director. You will be part of a multi-functional team working collaboratively to drive brand success.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize traffic, conversion, and basket metrics to drive share growth and business performance for P&G s eCommerce presence.
  • Lead media and marketing strategy for key eCommerce customers across multiple categories.
  • Own and drive strategies to increase user penetration, trials, and premium product adoption to grow business profitability.
  • Enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across search, events, and display advertising by leveraging insights into the e-Shopper Path to Purchase.
  • Gain expertise in eCommerce fundamentals, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Develop both marketing and commercial skills to effectively lead clients and product lines.

Qualifications:

  • Master s degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from top-tier colleges with a passion for Brand Management
  • 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG or eCommerce industries
  • Preferred experience managing eCommerce on the platform or company side
  • Strong understanding of marketing models, digital media, and performance marketing
  • Proven excellence in academic and extracurricular achievements
  • Strong leadership, self-starting, and out-of-the-box thinking abilities
  • Excellent strategic analysis, partnership, and communication skills
