Job Summary
As a Finance Admin, you will be maintaining finance receivables and expense reports; write emails and connect with clients to collect the receivables; maintain client accounts; maintain and prepare expense reports for tax filings; take part in budget control; work with financial institutions.
Experience 5+ years
Responsibilities
- Maintain client accounts and collect receivables.
- Forecast cash flow, do budget plans and control expenses.
- Working with Audit teams and Financial Institutions for various business needs.
- Handle claims & reimbursements.
- Negotiate with client and vendors for organization profits.
Required Skills
- Experience in forecasting cash flow, budget planning, execution & control.
- Experience in handling account ledgers and finance P&L reports.
- Knowledge in organisational tax filings & execution.
- Able to work with Finance Institutions and Audit teams.
- Good English communication and Letter Writing Skills.
- Strong interpersonal & customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Risk management skills.
