Tech Lead - Devops And Aws Job in Principal Financial Services

Responsibilities:
Effectively influence, direct and monitor the project work
tackle problems with creative solutions that are of high quality and high value.

Use established relationships in effective collaboration with other levels, within team, within business area and across business areas
Defining and building environment strategy for Developers & Testers
Measure operational efficiency for agile deliveries
Innovate and Improve existing processes
Improve on code, standards, current development processes and needs
Ability to successfully manage and take accountability for projects including identifying necessary resources, communicating and establishing and meeting deadlines.
Good Understanding on development frameworks and standard procedures followed within the organization
Ensure alignment to business strategies

Skill set:
Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, AWS and cloud migration
Containerization orchestration implementations and security-Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, AWS EKS, AKS
Troubleshooting issues and coordinate with the BU to fix, provide solution and streamline DevOps pipeline.
Scripting knowledge of Python/ Groovy/ Shell etc.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines tools and integrations:

o Source code management & build branching strategy AWS Code Commit, Git, GitHub, BitBucket
o Release management integration in CI/CD: JIRA, Confluence, XebiaLabs-XLD/XLR (good to have)
o Static Code Analysis: SonarQube/white source/Fortify
o Dynamic Code Analysis: Veracode/Check marks
o Code Coverage: Jacoco
o Build Tool: Maven/Gradle
o Artifact Repository: AWS Code Artifact, Azure Artifacts
o Orchestrator: Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
o Configuration management: Ansible, Cloud Formation Templates
o Monitoring- Cloud Watch/Dynatrace/Sumologic
o Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AKS
