Job Summary
  • Lead/Execute all or part of the business analysis on business features/user stories. Provide oversight when junior BAs are involved
  • Responsible for gathering and understanding of business needs and translating them into effective user stories/requirements.
  • Assist in the estimation, prioritization and implementation of cost-effective business process and system solutions.
  • Work with Product Owner/ Business in prioritization and implementation of cost-effective business process and system solutions.
  • On-boarding and mentoring BAs/new BAs into the organization.
  • Proactively acquire BU domain knowledge and facilitate the growth of domain knowledge throughout the technical teams. Lead or support Knowledge management initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of the industry & the organizational vision, mission, strategic goals
  • Identify and drive business process improvement opportunities; create and share best practices across the teams to achieve process maturity
  • Participate in the selection of new tools and methodologies; recommend and assist in its implementation.
  • Proactively develop and impart training on completed solutions or upcoming initiatives for business partners and technical staff.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing

Experience of handling effective data analysis and reporting
Experience of developing requirements which deals with selecting, configuring & implementing analytics solutions
Background in Market research
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python or R for building simple analytics scripts
Experience in Accounting and expertise in Financial data management
Degree in Statistics Data Management/ accounting/ computer science/CFA certified (preferable)
Experience in Doing User acceptance testing in data field
Experience in Data Mining, generating scorecards and handling big data
Understanding on business intelligence systems - reporting systems, Tableau, SAS, TAS, BO, Analytical skills
Should have knowledge of compliance reports

Qualification :
Graduate Bachelors degree (any stream)
