Job Summary

Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability for new product development
Develop test methods, conduct testing, data analysis, and evaluation to determine or prove performance and reliability or understand quality issues. Complete appropriate documentation
Coordinate with Marketing Communications strategic direction for product catalogues, new products, sell sheets, and launch programs on assigned products
Responsible for the management of assigned products meeting/exceeding margin and sales plans
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Interface with customers to support existing products and/or develop and launch new products
To generate new business for the organization
To prepare reports for all customers on weekly and quarterly basis and provide support to all sales and technical activities
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
Participate in new product planning, including researching the potential need for new products.
To market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
Post launch follow-up and interaction to understand & ensure customer satisfaction level

Salary : CTC can be offered up to 5.5 Lacs for right candidate
Skills Required :

Excellent oral & written communication skill

Interpersonal competences & presentation skills

Qualification :
BE with MBA

Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
