Job Description:-

Mode of interview: Telephonic and Video

Immediate joiners are preferred,

Work Location: Bangalore

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager

• Day-To-Day SCCM Activities / Troubleshooting / Managing / Maintaining
• Application/ package deployments
• Experience of creating reports using SCCM Reports / SQL Reports
• Experience in service support and delivery of standard/approved updates, software distribution, OS Builds and associated components
• Monthly reporting for Patching, Software Distribution, Build Management, etc using existing reports
• Housekeeping tasks on SCCM
• Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution etc
• Following the processes defined for Requests, Changes, Incidents and Project report around the SCCM estate
• Good exposure to different type of desktop Win7 Win10 related issues and providing root cause for the problems
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to interact with customers both over the phone and through e-mail
• Independent and self-motivated
• Graduate and above
