Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible forvalidating STB featuresand functions
Responsible for Video platform issue analysis from End to End perspective
Responsible for monitoring of Grafana, Kibana dash boards, trend analysis and issue reporting.
Must to able to work on 24x7 rotating shifts including night shifts.
Must be willing to work on weekends as part of shift roaster
Need to attend all customer calls, Stand up meetings, monitoring reports generations etc..
Well versed with MS-Word and MS-Excel.
Willing to work from home.
Skills
- Experience: 3 to 6 yearsinSTB Functional/Regression testing, OTT apps testing.
Knowledge of STB, DVB,OTT and MPEG standards
Knowledge of E2E Video platform involving CDN, CMS, Middleware, Video Processing Platform
Work Experience in analysis / triaging of Video Platform (STB, OTT) issues from deployment and follow up with stakeholder for issue resolution
Experience in using tools for Monitoring dashboards, Alarm monitoring, Network monitoring etc
