Job Summary
  • Monthly Demand planning
  • Line Balancing and Manpower requirement calculation or three months.
  • GAP analysis for non-performance and acting.
  • Co Ordination between Customer and concerned GIL authority.
  • Ensuring FG 1 Day + 1 Day Damper Stock against Customer Daily Request
  • Make Schedule for the next three Months.
  • Escalate to all concern if any issues as per escalation matrix.
  • Monitoring GIL performance at customer end.
  • Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
  • Schedule monthly forecast meetings with all customers as required.
  • Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands.
  • Ensuring the availability of stocks, preventing wastage of stored stock and tracking &
    improving effectiveness of stock norms based on replenishment design.
  • Managing order placement timelines based on actual sales, sales forecast, inventory
    situation.
  • Ensure timely delivery to AM, SPD an OEMs.
  • Freight optimisation.
  • Warehouse inventory Management.
Experience Required :

5 to 6 Years
