Job Summary
  • Candidate should be a Graduate
  • To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
  • To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
  • To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Targeting new business development in new and existing markets
  • Build relationship to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Pipeline management and constant interaction with the business heads.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
