Job Summary

Requirement for an Ayurvedic healthcare company. Office based, in-house tele-sales of our own products and in a team of 4.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. To ensure follow up with customers and to answer customers queries.

2. To direct all relevant queries to our doctor

3. To ensure orders are processed and recorded as per company guidelines

4. To ensure calls are being made in a timely manner as per customers request

5. To follow up on leads given through social media

6. To contact customers in case there is problem in delivery of their shipment

7. Target based incentive will be given if the employee exceeds the monthly target

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidate should have basic knowledge of using computers and should be comfortable in using MS Word, Excel and email
