Job Description Responsible for supporting analytics and insights generation for the in the Retail business Working collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders business SMEs, IT, Data teams, Analytics resources, etc. to deliver on project deliverables and tasks Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push market initiatives to the next level Support the design and development of reporting dashboards and presentations; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing out progress and results with key stakeholders Providing end-to-end analysis support across different application areas Support development of the contact strategy with ad-hoc analysis and projects. Continuously develop and support the Insights & Reporting activities and be comfortable in working on complex analytics requests Storytelling using Data Visualization tools. Proficient in building, maintaining & redesigning reports and dashboards Run and Maintain complex analysis and manipulation of data from multiple internal and external sources Understands effectiveness study and experienced in planning/targeting for business activities based on learning from previous activities Identify actionable insights that directly address marketing challenges / opportunities Articulate business insights and recommendations (based on model output) to respective stakeholders Requirements Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Retail / Marketing / Customer Analytics Hands-on experience in data visualization and transformation tools like Power BI, Spot fire or other visualization tools and strong SQL experience is a must Deep knowledge and understanding of the Python/ R programming language and its features with demonstrated ability to build modern products Experience in data modeling and efficient usage of Azure Data bricks Proficient in coding and creating compelling presentations for the senior stakeholders Easily analyzes, draws, and synthesizes important insights from complex data. Assess data availability, quality, and modeling feasibility. Ability to translate a business or marketing question into a well-defined analytical plan that includes data requirements for technical resources to extract the necessary data.
