Product Designer Job in Prepladder Pvt. Ltd.

What You ll Do:
Our projects are a combination of launching then evolving brand-new products, as
well as taking existing products to the next level. In this role, you ll collaborate
closely with product managers, engineers and our stakeholders to deliver beautiful,
engaging experiences. That s everything from wires and prototyping, to gathering
user feedback, to presenting to stakeholders, to designing polished interfaces, and
overall, working hand in hand with the team to ensure that the mobile and web apps
we create both look and feel great.

Requirements for Product Designer
- 3-6 years of design experience.
- Should have worked on consumer-facing products across web and mobile.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (XD/sketch/Figma, Marvel,
Principle/Framer etc).
- Should have good creative vision and be able to communicate it well.
- Should be able to present their work well and walk stakeholders through design
decisions.
- Should have the ability to distill user problems from qualitative and quantitative
feedback and able to suggest solutions.
- Should holistically about the whole product experience rather than just
manipulating pixels.
