Job Summary
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience in delivering and tracking project tasks in detailed.
- Ability to facilitate effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring that meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, are productive and focused.
- Experience in identifying project risks, assessing their potential impact, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
- Commitment to promoting continuous improvement within the Agile team, encouraging team members to reflect on processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement iterative improvements to optimize team performance.
- Basic understanding of the technologies and tools utilized in the project, enabling effective communication and collaboration with technical team members and stakeholders to address project-related challenges and opportunities.
- Capability to maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, user stories, and release plans, and generate reports to track project progress, budget utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
