Job Summary
As a Lead - Marketing, you will:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create an annual marketing plan outlining objectives, tactics, and KPIs.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Compile and analyze marketing performance data to track progress against goals.
- Present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with practice and inside sales teams to promote new services effectively.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to target new and existing customers.
- Develop and refine marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor expenditures and adjust budgets as needed to optimize ROI.
- Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Implement lead generation processes to identify and nurture potential leads.
- Tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to target audiences in North America and the Middle East.
- Adapt messaging and tactics to resonate with regional markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ Years of B2B Marketing Experience with a Focus on IT Services/Products.
- Well-rounded understanding of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation Campaigns, and Lead Generation Processes
- Budget Creation and Management
- Problem-solving Skills for Customer Acquisition
