Job Summary

Technical Skills:

Graphic Design, Web Designer
Bachelors degree in Visual Communication
Knowledge in publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or related tools
A strong eye for visual composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Good to have any certifications on design tools, but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
Plans concept by studying information and materials
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
Completes projects by coordinating with different internal teams
Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, trainings, etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Follow the department guideline
Play a part of keeping the repository organized
Conceptualizing visuals based on specific requirements to meet/exceed client expectations
Creating images and layouts using design software
Use of appropriate colors and layouts for each deliverable
Work closely with internal teams and create content that tells story
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
