Roles and Responsibilities
Handling in bound and out bound calls
Day to day interactions with the Customers to share project specific details
Responsible for handling all customers inquiries
Follow up with clients for Site visit & Revisits
Coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits
Follow up with customers to further closure process
Should be adept at client Relationship Management
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess minimum of 2 year of work experience in real estate Pre-sales role
Good communication skills (written and Oral)
Preferred - Real Estate skill with 2+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Good command over Telugu, English, Kannada
