Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in providing Network support in a professional setting.
- Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from various vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work outside of regular business hours if necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP, and others.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient network architectures.
- Knowledge of subnetting, VLANs, and other network segmentation techniques.
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network switches and routers.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
- Experience with wireless networking standards (e.g., Wi-Fi) and their configurations.
- Understanding of wireless security protocols and best practices.
- Proficient in using network monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network problems.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and evolving business requirements.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
