Job Summary
What You ll Do:
Pratiti has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join our IoT Solution development team.You ll be working with a talented group of individuals to build the underlying IoT platform & services for home automation solution. This position provides many opportunities for career growth and learning on a fun and fast-growing team.
- Imagine and implement a new services including data acquisition
- Leverage modern, cloud-based services such as AWS Lamba, IoT Core, etc
- Create a secure, RESTful API for both web and mobile consumption
- Write and maintain a robust suite of automated tests
- Participate in code review with your peers
The Skills You ll Need:
- 3+ years working with cloud-computing platforms and the services they provide (AWS)
- Experience designing and deploying RESTful APIs and service-oriented applications
- Proficiency in server-side programming with Node.js
- Proficiency developing and maintaining automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Great communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Certified AWS Developer
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies
