We have looking for a Team Leader (Recruitment).
Responsibilities:
- Managing Team.
- Candidates should have good knowledge about IT or Non IT recruitment.
- Handling end to end recruitment.
- Key part of the management team.
- Maintaining high levels of performance.
- Maintaining MIS Excel.
- Create an engaging and fun environment through recognition of team performance and reinforcing positive behavior.
- Motivating & supporting other team members.
- Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team by measuring staff engagement.
- Communicating business priorities throughout the business.
- Growing market through business development.
You will have:
- Has a proven track record as a high performer
- Experience of mentoring the team
- The ability to lead by example
- Have proven self-development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Charisma and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of IT industry
- Have ideally grown own recruitment market
