Job Summary

Job Description forBPO Recruiter:

Skills: Volume hiring, Bulk hiring, BPO hiring

Qualification: -Any graduate/Post graduate (MBA-HR preferred)

Experience: - 0.6 months to 1.5 years

Location: - Malviya Nagar, New Delhi

Gender: Male/Female

Responsibilities:

Handling end to end recruitment
Maintaining MIS Excel
Source potential candidates from various channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Following up on the interview process status
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Requirements:

Experience with sourcing techniques
Excellent communication skills required.
Good written and Verbal Communication.
6 months- 2 years of Experience in recruitments (International BPO s /ITES Companies).
Consultancy experience is preferred.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Female candidate preferred.
