Job Summary

Educational Background Expected :

  • Masters in Marketing Management OR
  • MBA in Marketing, with Graduation in any stream OR
  • PGD in Marketing Management

Prior Experience Required :

  • Must have experience running Email Marketing, and Google Adwords Campaigns
  • May have ability to run Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads
  • At least 4 years experience as Digital Marketer running Paid Ads

Language Skills Required :

  • Fluency in verbal and written English communication skills is a must.

Other Skills Required :

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Should have an understanding of usage of a CRM and Marketing tools

Specific Personality Traits Required:

  • Should be a team oriented person who can interact with Sales and Operations team to get necessary information to design and run campaigns.
  • An assertive and go-getter attitude is essential for the role
  • Should have an outgoing personality with good leadership influence
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented, and work independently as well as in groups
  • Self-directed and ready to learn
  • Passionate about marketing, sales, and understanding the needs of executive clients

Job Brief

As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive your primary job will include :

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned to business goals in order to attract potential customers and grow existing ones
  • Designing account based marketing strategies (focus on our high value accounts) as an account team leadership member to drive key strategic account goals
  • A leader and thinker, able to work with internal stakeholders to determine targets and goals by being the voice of the customer (customer focused)
  • Execute and track engaging campaigns with measurable impacts
  • Contribute to creating and articulating the value proposition of marketing by showing outcomes from key campaigns and being a strategic partner to leadership and sales teams

Responsibilities:

Your direct responsibilities will include :

  • Implement marketing strategies to scale lead generation
  • Update and optimize the website regularly for conversion
  • Work in collaboration with freelance content writers to blog high-quality content
  • Help the team with sales collaterals
  • Plan and execute email marketing, Social Media Marketing (FB, Linkedin, Google Adwords) Campaigns
  • Engage potential customers via our social media accounts
