Job Summary Take a lead responsibility for maintaining, developing and improving office practices and procedures. Team leader for administration and office management functions. Support administrative and facilities staff, including staff development. Primary responsibility for the procurement of various items required by the organization, and to take a lead in the design and implementation of effective procurement and budgetary control procedures. Key role in the design of office management practices, including health and safety policy and procedure. Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements. Force best practices within the organization by building and maintaining an awareness of best administrative practices. Proactively look at how internal processes can be developed and improved.Minimum Requirements

Three years or more of experience in the administration function in an organization, with at least two years in supervisory position.

MBA/PGDM
