Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, along with a deep understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and requirements into high-quality code.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Ensure security and data protection throughout the development process.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
