- Primary job is to acquire new business partners and develop their business.
- To acquire & develop Franchise in the assigned Territory.
- Focusing on the client acquisition, DP Shifting , growth & business development of acquired franchisee.
- Focus on Big & quality Business Partners acquisition .Multi level filtering as per our predefined criteria, interviewing, taking clear business plan & commitment from Franchisee before acquiring.
- Training, motivating Franchise ,their staffs & clients.
- Arranging client meets & seminars on regular basis for products, market & system awareness.
- Cross-selling & promoting commodities , Currency & Third Party Products to Old established Business Associates & newly acquired Business Partners.
Experience Required :
5 to 6 Years
