Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Serves customers by providing product and service information. 2. Resolving products and service related issues. 3. Attract potential costumers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. 4. Open customer account by recording account information. 5. Maintain customer records by updating customer account information. 6. Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction or adjustments and follow up to ensure the resolution. 7. Maintain financial account by processing customer adjustments. 8. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 9. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. 10.Contributes to team afford by accomplishing related results as needed related results as needed.
