Job Summary

Job profile -

1.Have to manage service desk at the company service center.

2.Resolve customer handset complaints, maintain MIS, meeting and greeting customers professionally.


Experience - Freshers or Experienced both can apply

Qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation

No of Positions- 2Nos(Bhubaneswar-1,Puri-1)


Mandatory Criteria-

-Must have very good verbal Odia & Hindi communication skill

-Should have a very sound system knowledge

-Should be between 18 to 26 Years

Other requirement-

-Customer centric, dynamic, computer system friendly

-Ready to work in challenging work environment

-No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining

-10 hour working schedule in the day and 1-hour break
