Job Summary

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all Assy. Machine cycle time verification on practical basis- for compliance & validation of CT
  • Responsible for Assy. OEE analysis report preparation of all plant & validation
  • Responsible monthly visit along with CFT team for quality & productivity improvement
  • Responsible for preparation & maintaining for every product along with its revisions.
  • Responsible for time & motion study on production line for waste removal.
  • Responsible for new fixture/ machine installation related to manpower saving & its validation
  • Responsible for maintain MIS of progress & improvement project
  • Movement for inter plant visit for process study in different plants- for lean projects
  • Responsible for evaluation of new process/ line by practical verifying activities & for their optimization
  • Different type of lean manufacturing analysis report preparation for efficiency improvement & manpower saving
  • Responsible for shop floor -root cause analysis by usage of 7QC tools & other lean tools.
  • Responsible for all plant COPQ MIS preparation & validation of PRM data.



Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
Experience Required :

4 to 8 Years
