Maintain employee records, manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, resolve conflicts, and implement HR policies.
Coordinate training programs and handle employee separation processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field, with 2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in HR software, knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication skills.
