Job Summary
Accountable for achieving and exceeding the sales target in the assigned territory Ensure complete customer coverage by focusing on building relationships through regular personal visits at the designated frequency Establish an effective distribution channel to ensure products availability with the stockiest. Ensure collection of payment within the stipulated timeframe Awareness of the different specialties of the doctors, to promote right products and satisfactorily resolving any complaints or concerns related to products with help of your reporting manager Promotional inputs such as literatures, brand reminders, brochures, samples or gifts are well designed tools to help the promotion of the product to target customers. They are to be used judiciously in a cost-effective manner so as to generate desired prescriptions and achieve revenue targets Conducting CMEs and group meetings as per the strategy Generate, sustain and increase the KOL base Alignment and implementation of PGB s strategy Maintaining call average & coverages designed by the organization.
