Job Summary

Job Description:

About the Role As an Engineer, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Review requirements for testability Consult with clients for user and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient Determine test conditions/ test objectives Create comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions Execute test cases and report results Raise and close defects when necessary Report results periodically to managers across the business

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

API testing experience, End to End and System Integration Testing experience In-depth experience in all areas of the SDLC/STLC Manage the defect process when required, including the use of Jira or Zephyr Strong experience in working on Agile projects Desirable Skills Experience in Point of Sale software testing Experience in the retail and ecommerce domain Oracle retail experience ISTQB certified Culture and Benefits For the right person, we will provide a competitive salary, an employee-centred working environment, access and time towards ongoing training and the support you need to advance your skills and experience, whilst developing a rewarding career at Planit.
