Job Summary
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Design and execute automated test scripts (manual/automated) on applications, including web-based.
- Record and document test results and test summary status.
- Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
- Maintain a database of software defects/test scripts.
- Generate analysis and reporting of historical test results.
- Document anomalies, issues and potential gaps of applications tested.
- Contribute to best IT practices and document suggestions Other related duties as assigned
- 2-4 Years (2Yrs of Exp on Manual Testing & 1 yr of Exp on Automation using Selenium)
- Experience in the design, development, and maintenance of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Able to participate in an IT team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently support multiple projects/priorities with varying complexity Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills; Team player Practical technical testing and business domain experience relative to custom and/or vendor applications required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Foster strong and collaborative relationships with the team, internal business partners and external vendors
