Job Summary
  • Develop new user-facing features, including complex animations
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, including animations
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and smooth animations
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
  • Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, React JS, Vue JS, J Query, Knockout JS, BackboneJS, Durandal JS.
  • Good understanding and experience with animation libraries such as Green Sock (GSAP), Three JS, Scroll Magic, Scroll Trigger, locomotive, Anime.js, or Framer Motion, and the ability to create fluid and captivating animations on websites
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, SVN, CVS Fossil, Bazaar.
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour, performance, and complex animations
  • A bachelor s degree in a technical field involving coding (e.g., computer science, engineering, information technology).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on complex animations.
